In order to achieve the objectives the organisation has worked out carefully strategy in chalking out the programmes, which are conduct regularly or involved in Govt. programs.

Participation in Govt. programs

The organization has been evincing keen interest in the Govt. programs and is hand in glove to the various developmental activities with the aim to become a stakeholder in the programs as also to be an involver for the programs aiming at the welfare and the health, education aspects. It would be an interesting level player in the development initiatives of the ITDA by extending support in community mobilization, capacity building and various other initiatives. The organization has taken part in the IKP, SHG, linkages activities at Anathagiri, Visakhapatnam and Dumbriguda Mandals.

Programs on Panchayati Raj Institutions

The role of the Panchayati raj institutions play a major role in the socio – economic development of the Rural regions and this context the ASERWAD has been conducting various types of awareness generation programs to the community on roles & responsibilities of PRI, devolution, 73rd amendment, 7/98 PESA act, GO No 36, Grama Sabha etc.

Program on NREGS awareness

In Aanathagiri Mandal the organization gas taken up the programs related to the NREGS as this one basic livelihoods means for organizing the Rural communities for which the GWS has selected the inaccessible remote Rural habitations and sensitization is brought about. This program benefits like stoppage of Migrations, various daily income sources, measurements, the disadvantages accrued due to the Migrations are comprehensively taught to the Rural youth.

Programs on Forest rights

The awareness is provided on the Forest rights act and the leveraging mechanism in 10 batches to 300 beneficiaries with an estimated outlay of Rs. 6000 for which the Mandal public representatives are drawn. During this training program the rights based initiatives are made out to the beneficiaries and the rights, land rights and provisions of the act are mentioned to the participants.

Programs on Parent Teacher Associations

The parent teacher associations are activated through this training programs with a slogan of facilitation to education “Vidyavikasaniki Thodpatu” and on the need for compulsory education, for 14 years old toddlers, in 5 batches of 200 participants, on the need for parents regular meetings, about child labor act.
