In order to achieve the objectives the organisation has worked out carefully strategy in chalking out the programmes, which are conduct regularly.
Awareness Programmes: Awareness Programmes on social issues, Rights of Children, Women, and Liveli hoods to uttermost poverty weaker sections protective measures from the government agencies and the constitution, better health and hygiene, Malaria, HIV, AIDS, Covid 19 etc.
Social Development Programmes Capacity building, Leadership Development, Education, Health, Environment care through protection and growing of trees, Forest protection, Participatory approaches, Environment care, soli water conservation, pure water, programmes for poor, old aged, employment traiing, Vocational Training's, Livelihoods, appropiate knowledge on health care programme identification.

COVID 19 Campaigns

In the COVID 19 pandemic situation, Aserwad is regularly conducting awarness camps at tribal and rural areas. In this drive, Aserwad will donate hundred reusable cotton masks to each village, manual sanitizer spray machine with disinfectant liquid. Also COVID 19 awareness will be discussed in this drive.

Regular HIV/AIDS camps

Regular HIV/AIDS camps and campaigns were conducted for the public especially for youth, truck drivers etc in different aspects using all the methods like Charts, pamphlets, banners, posters, placards etc, involving the Govt. officials also in the rallies so that the awareness keeps the people away from this disease. There is regular check up and also follow up on the identified positive people and help to avail the support of medicine and also food grains from the concerned places. The awareness is also brought in the mid sets of the public that by living with the positives, HIV/AIDS will not effect. The depressed positives are counseled and supported to think positive and lead their life. When the children of the positives are neglected, the other ones are counseled. These activities are purely voluntary in nature.

Awareness on SHG programs

The women empowerment and rights are realized in a measured way that harnesses the aspirations and resource requirements balancing the Government priorities and civil society pledges for a holistic cause with the association of various service providers. The growth of children is ensured with the linkages of up gradation of Anganwadi centers, Dept. of Woman and child welfare and ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services), IKP, SHG chiefly among other things to strengthen the system and making them child friendly.

Awareness Programs on Health - Malaria, Dengue Typhoid etc.,

An awareness program on health is organized covering 5 Panchayaths in view of the changing seasons and on the necessity for generating awareness on the need for taking precautions during this changing seasons and in connection with that door to door campaigns, awareness generation is organized on the precautions to be taken and the methodology to be implemented. Large gathering of teachers, village level committees will participate along with health departments who have a participation in distribution of medicines and other components.

Awareness program on Agriculture

Promotion of NTFP (Non Timber forest produces) and MFP (Minor forest produces) and livelihoods has constituted the pillars through collection, processing, storage and distribution for alternative livelihood promotions and for holistic occupation preservation while promoting the animal husbandry and livestock. The housing and land development have been again the major priority areas applying the low cost technologies and sanitation with the collaboration of local governments.

Income generation programs

The income generation program is incorporated in the programs of the GWS through which the poor farmers are identified and the efforts are to be instituted for their betterment is all the essence of this program and various means are also taught to them in 5 batches of 150 beneficiaries at Visakhapatnam Mandal.
