Tailoring Center

Requisition to consider our appeal for a feasible support keeping up the tribal children,Trafficking children ,tribal s and children of utter most poverty communities and their education rights and stoppage of child trafficking from indigenous areas especially from the hill top pockets.
For these type of young and adolescence women, We are set up as vocational training centers (Tailoring center)for their income generation and livelihoods. Throgh our Aserwad organisation already we completed 9 batches in Paderu tribal area,Viakhapatnam.District and parvathipuram tribal areas in Vizianagaram and Srikakulam urban slums.

Productive Land and Water Infrastructure

This is primarily achieved through small-holder irrigation and diversion-based irrigation techniques; and the improvement of farmland through levelling, bounding, etc. Special efforts are undertaken to ensure the efficient and equitable use of water via micro-watershed development projects, farm ponds, small water-holding structures, community irrigation schemes and the use of ground water.

Agriculture

The Trusts support work connected with the System of Crop Intensification (SCI), particularly, the System of Rice Intensification (SRI); Low External Input Sustainable Agriculture (LEISA) and its variants. They are also involved with activities related to farm water management, nutrient management, region-specific crop rotations and diversification, and the refinement of agricultural practices for better crop-soil fits for small holders.

Fisheries and Livestock

The strategy focuses on the promotion of small-holder animal husbandry which encompasses dairy, small ruminant management, piggery and poultry projects, etc. Institution framework support for immediate producers, technical support, and marketing interface and limited capital/infrastructure support are also part of this sub-theme.

Market-based Livelihoods

The aim here is to strengthen the market link for the rural and poor producers, thereby improving their meagre assets. The liaison between producer organisations and markets is strengthened via improved information systems, better logistics, and more efficient integration along the value chain, equipment support, market research, working capital and capacity building of hybrid organisations.

Income generation programs

The income generation program is incorporated in the programs of the GWS through which the poor farmers are identified and the efforts are to be instituted for their betterment is all the essence of this program and various means are also taught to them in 5 batches of 150 beneficiaries at Visakhapatnam Mandal.
